Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service price.

2.1 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent clients. Full payment for the scheduled service will still apply.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and Twint. Package purchases are valid as specified at the time of purchase and are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain circumstances.

4. Package Deals

Package deals are valid for the duration specified at purchase. Unused sessions expire according to the terms of the package. Packages are personal but may be transferable with prior approval. Refunds for unused sessions are not available.

5. Health and Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns before your session. While our treatments are therapeutic, they are not a substitute for medical care. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you have serious health conditions.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to maintain appropriate conduct during sessions. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings; Urala Tsukamoto is not liable for lost or stolen items.

7. Therapist Assignment

While we strive to accommodate therapist preferences, we cannot guarantee specific therapist availability. We reserve the right to assign therapists based on availability and scheduling needs.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash but may be used toward any service or package.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and sessions. Personal information is collected and used only for booking and service purposes in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Urala Tsukamoto and its therapists are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of treatment. Clients participate in treatments at their own risk.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we strive for excellence, if you are not satisfied with your session, please discuss your concerns with us. We are committed to addressing any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.

12. Changes to Terms

Urala Tsukamoto reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website and will apply to all bookings made after the effective date of changes.
